Generated content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. For commercial use or redistribution, please contact us.

Scorchlet™ content may not be edited, modified, or repurposed for public sharing. Letter content may be customized for personal use and shared privately.

You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and the use of generated content comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on the rights of others.

4. USAGE LIMITATIONS

Free access includes up to 5 Scorchlets and 3 Letters per user per day.

Paid access options:

• 30-Day Unlimited Access Pass: Unlimited generation of Scorchlets and Letters for 30 days. One-time payment. No subscription.
• 10-Pack Pass: Includes 10 Scorchlet or Letter generations. One-time payment.

No commercial redistribution of content is allowed without express written permission.

The Service may not be used to generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment.

No refunds are offered except where required by law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Service, including but not limited to visual design, interface, code, structure, and prompt engineering, are the intellectual property of From the Hot Zone.
