Can I share what I create here?
Yes. Scorchlets are designed to be shared — use the share buttons, take a screenshot, or send it however you like. Letters can be emailed, copied, or downloaded as a PDF for private use. If it resonates, let it ripple.
What does "From the Hot Zone" mean?
The "Hot Zone" is a creative reference to both hot flashes (a common menopausal symptom) and the emotional intensity many women experience during perimenopause and menopause. Our name acknowledges these shared experiences while offering tools to express that intensity in constructive ways.
How do the Letters work?
Letters are guided writing prompts that help you express what's hard to say. They're designed to be honest, direct, and sometimes a little raw. You can write to yourself, to someone else, or to an abstract concept. The goal is to get it out, not to make it perfect.
